Rose cut round blue sapphire, 0.71cts, in an 18ct yellow gold collet and 1 x 1.6mm Ø and 1 x 1.2mm Ø diamonds pebble set in 18ct yellow gold, onto a silver disc pendant. On an 18" silver trace link chain.
