A 3.05ct step cut elongated octagonal shaped sapphire, rubover set in a yellow gold collet. With a set of 14 calibré cut diamonds (step cut trapezoids) with a combined weight of 1.56cts F VVS. Diamond cluster surround channel set in a platinum wed-fit head. 18ct yellow gold shoulders and band.
