Certificated natural (no heat) Madagascan colour shift octagonal cut sapphire, 4.71ct. Two pairs of graduated baguette cut diamonds each side, combined weight: 0.42cts FVS (large: 0.24cts & small: 0.18cts). All rubover set in a bespoke hand made yellow gold mount.
